The Villages of Leialiʿi 1-A Residential Homestead project totals 104 homes and lots for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands beneficiaries. The project neighbors the Lahaina Civic Center including a gym, tennis courts, Police and Fire Stations. Dowling Company, Inc. offered 6 floor plans to choose from and completed the project in 2007.
